The Collegiate Athletic Leadership Symposium (CALS) is a unique event designed to equip athletic administrators with both practical knowledge they can apply immediately in their current position as well as skills they can use when pursuing further career goals.

CALS gives attendees the opportunity to connect with some of the most influential AD's, search firm executives, and thought leaders in college athletics. The results are sports professionals thoroughly inspired and highly motivated to lead today and in the future. CALS is an invitation only event. The CALS directors and faculty have performed extensive research identifying some of the most talented athletic administrators in the country. We have spent a great deal of time soliciting recommendations from AD's, coaches, conference commissioners, and past CALS attendees.
